A WordPress Care Plan saves you time and money by administering and supporting one of your business’ most valuable assets, keeping your website running smoothly and securely. Updating your website content keeps visitors and search engines happy too.
Of course you can. Once we launch your website you are in control. We often find though that many businesses don’t have the time or expertise to carry it out themselves (much like servicing your car) and prefer to focus more on running their business. There’s also the potential of forgetting or missing critical updates. That’s why we’re offering to help – because we are trained experts who work with WordPress, websites and servers every day.
Yes, we offer discounts for people wanting us to manage multiple websites for them. Please contact us for our latest prices or more information.
If your needs require more than what’s on offer in the above plans feel free to reach out and let us know. Whether it be additional support hours or discounts for multiple websites, we’d be happy to create a custom solution for you.
The whole purpose of our WordPress Care Plans is preventative care, so we hope to prevent anything from happening. While we cannot promise your website will not be hacked, we will do everything in our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and clean-up of the website with one of our backups.
While we recommend that you reserve your support time in case of required patch update fixes, minor content updates and small design improvements are also valid (such as phone number changes, staff profile additions, etc). Please be aware that requests for new features will likely result in a formal quote as they commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.
We use Amazon S3 secure cloud storage infrastructure. You can find out more about their security, robustness, scalability and disaster recovery at https://aws.amazon.com/s3/.
In the event that your WordPress plugin(s) fall out of active development and are no longer supported we’ll keep an eye on things to make sure that they continue to function properly. Should they cease to function, we’ll suggest a well supported plugin in active development that offers the same or similar features.
Yes, you can cancel anytime. You are under no obligation to continue the ongoing service. We just ask you give us 30 days notice so we can carry out our last thorough update of the website, supply you with a full backup and remove our administrator credentials.
Although these plans were originally created for sites we built or re-designed, we welcome clients who are looking for a long term relationship with a dedicated webmaster that specialises in WordPress.
For any new client we bring onboard, we start with an initial website valuation to see how it was built and highlight any potential issues. This helps us develop a deep understanding of your site and offer the best support possible.
If you’re interested in having us support your WordPress site, please get in touch to arrange an initial website valuation.
